Returns & Refunds Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Contact us at support@bendru.com with your order number to initiate a return. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use trackable shipping for safe returns.
- Once received, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of your refund status.
- Refunds are issued as store credit or, in certain cases, to the original payment method.
- Allow 7-10 business days for refund processing.
- Perishables, personalized products, and used items.
- Contact us immediately for replacement or refund, and we’ll cover return shipping costs.
- Calidore reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability.
